Prior to joining WRS Materials, LLC in 2007, Richard served for 13 years as President of Silicon Quest International, Inc. In Richard's 20 year career, he has directed the construction of four complete semiconductor substrate production facilities, developed numerous process advancements, and helped define the secondary materials market in the US. Currently Richard serves on the advisory panel of a leading technology OEM and a specialty crystal manufacturer. Richard attended the Colorado School of Mines and the University of Michigan.

Dave Griffeth, Chief Financial Officer
Dave has been overseeing corporate finances as CFO since June of 2008. Previously, Dave was Vice President of Finance at Photon Dynamics, Inc., a publicly traded capital equipment provider. His responsibilities included financial planning and reporting, integration of acquisitions and enabling a secondary public stock offering. Prior to that, Dave was Vice President and Corporate Controller for XO Communications, formerly Concentric Network. In this role he made significant contributions to the company's growth through multiple acquisitions and a series of public debt and equity offerings. Formerly, he served as Corporate Controller for Borland International, a publicly held software provider and Mouse Systems Corporation. Dave received a M.B.A. in finance from Indiana University, a B.S. in accounting from Ohio State University and holds a C.P.A. certification from New York State.
Zbigniew Radzimski, VP of Sales
Joining WRS Materials in 2011, Dr. Radzimski has more than 30 years of experience in silicon technology and applications working both in academia and industry. Most of his experience comes from working in management roles with responsibility for technical/sales support of customers and product development. As a researcher he has been engaged in various projects related to structural, chemical, and electrical characterization of semiconductor materials. Zbigniew's work has been published in numerous publications and patents.
Joe Medeiros, Director of Operations/Engineering
Joining WRS in 2011, Joe brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in processing silicon wafers, having served in various managerial capacities in the silicon industry. He has been granted several US patents related to silicon wafer processing, has authored technical papers and has spoken at numerous industry conferences and roundtables over his many years in the industry.
Jennifer Lozada, Sales Manager
Joining WRS Materials, LLC in 2007, Jennifer developed the sales function at the company and assisted the company through multiple acquisitions. Additionally, she is responsible for sales and customer relations. With extensive experience in the Silicon Valley, Jennifer served as the Marketing Associate for Floor Service Supply for nine years, where she developed marketing programs and supported the sales department. Previously, she served as a Sales Associate at Silicon Quest International Inc. for nine years. Jennifer held a key position in the Strategic Accounts Team, responsible for new business.
Christine Henke, Sales Manager
Joining WRS Materials, LLC in 2008, Christine is responsible for sales and customer relations. Previously, she was a co-owner at Montco Silicon Technologies and managed the sales and marketing departments. Christine played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Montco Silicon Technologies by WRS Materials, LLC in 2008. With extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, she has formerly held positions at Silica Source Technology and Silicon Quest International. Christine received a B.A. in marketing from San Diego State University.
